I have a quick and easy, non-traditional Christmas card to share with you today...
It features the adorable 'Snowman Couple' from Bugaboo Stamps... it's colored with Copics and the papers are from Doodlebug Design. I used a Every Elle die for the Scalloped Border and a MFT die for the heart.

Let it Snow...

Good morning everyone!
 I have a couple of Christmas cards to share today... 

The card on the left features a sweet little reindeer from Taylored Expressions, he's colored with Copics and the sentiment is from Your Next Stamp. AND for the card on the right I used the adorable 'Winter Sparrows' stamp & die set from Lawn Fawn. The sparrows were stamped onto watercolor paper, heat embossed and then watercolored with Kuretake Gansai 
Tambi watercolors.
The backgrounds were created with Avery Elle's 'Let it Snow' stamp set. I stamped the trees with Soft Granite ink onto light gray cardstock, the tiny snowflake were stamped with VersaMark ink and embossed with WOW Ultra Shimmer embossing glitter... and there you have it, two cute Christmas cards ready for mailing!

Christmas Trees for Sale

Good morning everyone!

A new challenge starts today on the Alphabet Challenge Blog and the letter is...
 T for Trees!

My card features a sweet snowman image from QKR Stampede... It's printed on cream cardstock and colored with a combination of Copics & Spectrum Noir markers. I used Avery Elle dies for the stitched rectangles and the trees were cut with a Cottage Cutz die. The sentiment is from Kaisercraft and the paper is from Deja Views- Retro Hip Christmas collection. I added a touch of Walnut DI ink to the edges and the button, twine & sequins are from my stash.

Happy 21st Birthday!

Good morning everyone and happy Saturday!

Today starts a new challenge at Crafty Friends and the theme is...
Blossoms!
We have two wonderful sponsors- Toadstool Printables and Sami Stamps...
    
my card features the beautiful 'Blossoms Girl' image from Sami Stamps. One of my nieces turned 21 yesterday and this is the card I made for her! :)
It's colored with Copics and the fabulous sentiment is from TLC. I used a CB die for the flowers, a MFT die for the scalloped corner and the background was embossed with the Darice Flower Frenzy folder... to finish it up I added a few teal gems.

A Note of Thanks

Happy Saturday everyone!

I have one more card to share using the super sweet 'Fall Friends' stamp set from My Favorite Things... I love this stamp set! :)
The images were colored with Copics and cut out with the coordinating dies. I used My Favorite Things dies for the Stitched Rectangle Frame & Pierced Fishtail Flag and the background was embossed with the Taylored Expressions Burlap folder.

Fall Friends

Good morning everyone!

 Just popping in to share a couple of cards I created using the absolutely adorable Fall Friends stamp & die set from My Favorite Things! All of the images were stamped with Memento Black Ink and colored with Copics... 
For my first card I used MFT dies for the stitched rectangles, stitched circle, cornstalk, fishtail flag and corner...
and on this card I used a MFT Peek-a-Boo Wonky Window die and a Avery Elle die for the stitched rectangle.... and there you have it, a couple of cute fall cards! They were so fun to make, I can't wait to make another one! :)

Little Pumpkin...

Good morning everyone and Happy Friday!

It's Alphabet Challenge time and today's letter is R for Recipe! So we want you to use a least three of the ingredients from the board below.  
On my card I used- sentiment, stamp and embossing... and it features the adorable October Fairy image from Lili of the Valley! It's stamped with Memento Black ink, colored with Copics and the sentiment is from Taylored Expressions. The background is embossed with the CB Argyle folder and the cute pumpkin paper is from Doodlebug Designs. I used Lawn Fawn dies for the Stitched Leaves and the twine, button and sequins are all from my stash.

and my cards feature the beautiful Natures Greetings Butterfly image. The butterflies are colored with Copics and the sentiment is cut with Lawn Fawn's Scripty Thanks die. On my first card I used MFT dies for the Fishtail Flags & Stitched Rounded Rectangle and the background was embossed with a Brick Wall folder. On my second card I stamped the background with VersaMark ink and one of the sentiments out of the 'Apple of my Pie' stamp set from Simon Say Stamp and added a few sequins.

Nutty Over You...

Good afternoon everyone!

Today I'm sharing a couple of cards that I made with the Simon Says Stamp October Card Kit! What a fabulous kit, perfect for fall cards! I LOVE everything included in the kit and the 'Nutty Over You' stamp set is so fun to work with! :)

On my first card I used the larger squirrel and a sentiment from the stamp set along with a couple of the papers and the cute acorn embellishments...
And on this card I used several stamps from the set to create an autumn wreath, I also used one of the sentiments and another piece of DP from Lawn Fawn.

Eek! Spiders!

Good morning everyone! 

A quick post from me today to share another Halloween card... 
It features an awesome creepy-crawly image from A Day For Daisies! AND it's their freebie this month! :) The black widows are colored with Copics and then I added a small orange gemstone to represent their spots. The background paper is from Teresa Collins and the sentiment was cut with Tim Holtz Typeset die. The cheesecloth, button and twine are all from my stash.

Costume Cats...

Hello everyone! 
I thought I would pop in today and share a few more Halloween cards...   

They feature a cute little Pirate Cat from the Taylored Expressions Critters in Costume stamp set! They are colored with Copics and the sentiment is from the same stamp set.
On my first card I used MFT Office Supplies dies, Avery Elle Wonky Stitched dies and the purple background is a piece of embossed cardstock from Bazzill Dotted Swiss collection.    
For this card I used a MFT Peek-a-Boo Wonky Window die, a Avery Elle die for the Stitched Rectangle and a QuicKuts die for the 'BOO' sentiment. The spider web paper is from Doodlebug Designs and I used a small paper punch for the spiders.

And there you have it... two more not so spooky Halloween cards that I can donate to my local Ronald McDonald House :)

Pretty in Pink

Good morning everyone and Happy Friday!

It's Alphabet Challenge time and today's letter is... P for Pink!
My card features the adorable 'Cup of Kitty' image from Tiddly Inks! The kitten is colored with Copics and I paper pieced the cup with the same cs that I used on the pink panel. I used Avery Elle dies for the stitched rectangles, MFT dies for the stitched circles and a Paper Smooches die for the coffee cup. The DP is from BasicGrey, the sentiment is from Bugaboo Stamps and to finish it up I added sequins.

Colorful Clown

Good morning everyone and Happy Friday!

It's Alphabet Challenge time and today's letter is...
N for Numbers!
My card features a fun clown image from Eureka Stamps, it's colored with Copics and the die cut sentiment is from Little Yellow Bicycle. I created a watercolor wash background with Crushed Olive, Twisted Citron and Peacock Feathers Distress Inks, once dry I sponged the same ink colors through Tim Holtz Numeric stencil. The panel was cut out with a Avery Elle Wonky stitch die and to finish it up I added some sparkly enamel dots.

Lucy Loo

Good morning everyone... grab your sunglasses for this post! LOL! 

Today starts a new challenge at Crafty Friends and this time we would like to see Glitter on your creations! 
We have three wonderful sponsors... Digistamps4Joy, Mari Digis Stamps and The East Wind...
          Our fabulous digistamps Vamos colorir?   

My card features a fabulous Lucy Loo image from The East Wind. She's colored with Copics and I added a lot of sparkle to her hair with the Wink of Stella pen but you can't see it in the photo :(  I used Paper Smooches dies for the sentiment & spider web and the papers are from Doodlebug Design. I used a small paper punch for the spiders, a MS punch for the bats, covered them with black glitter and there you have it... a VERY bright and colorful 
Halloween card!
